Unfortunately, we continue to see a spike in COVID-19 cases locally, and we have been directly impacted. Bank management continues to thoughtfully consider the health and safety of our employees and customers. With this in mind we have made the decision, effective Monday June 29th, to again institute drive-thru only at our branch locations, and work from home (where possible) initiatives for our employees. As before, we will continue to allow customers entrance to our branches when necessary, and by appointment.
We are excited to launch our New Online Banking Experience for each of you beginning June 15th! We have been working hard to ensure that each of you will have the access you need to continue to bank the way you prefer to bank. We sent out a communication in the middle of May about the changes that will be happening with your online banking. A COVID-19 Update for Our Clients. As the state of Utah has officially transitioned from moderate risk to low risk for the majority of our state, we continue to make preparations to safely reopen our branch lobbies. Today, CCBank joins in the Giving Tuesday global unity movement to provide $1,000 in financial assistance to five local nonprofits providing necessary services on our community’s health and safety frontlines in various ways.
